David Davis
David J. Davis, MN, RN, NEA-BC is the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, and Chief Quality Officer at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
David oversee all aspects of quality and performance improvement for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles including: quality, performance improvement, patient safety, infection prevention and control, clinical informatics, regulatory compliance, accreditation and licensing, and collaboration with risk management and medical staff services for the department. He also currently provides leadership for clinical care for ambulatory care services at CHLA.
David has almost 30 years of experience as a pediatric nurse with emphasis in general pediatrics and bone marrow transplant and has been at CHLA for a total of 24 years. He has more than 22 years of administrative experience serving inpatient, ambulatory, home care and hospice patients across the continuum.
