As business owners of Creating Solutions, they have helped numerous people solve real estate problems. Since beginning their real estate investing career they have successfully completed multiple transactions, have several rentals, and are part owner of 97 properties including residential, commercial, multi-family and raw land. As the founders of Creating Investors, Stu & Tonia have helped numerous individuals start their own real estate investing and marketing business.
Stu loves to play the piano, write music and have fun in the sun! Tonia loves to ski, go 4-wheeling, hiking and the great outdoors. They are both proud parents to three beautiful girls. They have been business owners, and entrepreneurs for over 23 years. Together Stu & Tonia own and operate 4 different businesses.
