Phillip Holmes is a dynamic leader who has a passion for students. Currently the Director of Housing and Residential Education at Delaware State University, Philip has over 20 years of experience within various departments of Student Affairs. He is a leader who leads by example and his greatest gift to his students is his determination to hold them accountable and teach them the value of integrity.
