Marie Biancuzzo

Marie Biancuzzo is an internationally recognized author and expert in childbearing issues. Since 1991, Marie has published many peerreviewed articles related to labordelivery, breastfeeding, and other topics. She was the founding editor of AWHONNs Nursing for Womens Health and a regular columnist for Childbirth Instructor. She is author of Breastfeeding the Newborn: Clinical Strategies for Nurses.br Marie has held positions as staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, and nurse administrator at community and universitybased hospitals, as well as faculty positions at prestigious universities. She was twice chosen to serve on the NCLEX panel for the RN licensing exam. She is a founding member of the United States Breastfeeding Committee and a past president of BabyFriendly USA she served in leadership capacities in both organizations for over a decade.br Currently, Marie is the Director of Education at Breastfeeding Outlook.
