Kasey Bayne heads up Customer Communications at Olark Live Chat, the most beautiful and effective way to talk to your customers for sales and support. With over a decade of marketing experience, Kasey's built the accountant channels at both FreshBooks and Kashoo, and was awarded the CPA Practice Advisor Top 40 Under 40 award in 2011 and 2012. When not at the office, Kasey can be found training for her next half marathon, outside with a good book, or off to the airport for her next travel adventure.
