Cecilia Tomori


Cecilia Tomori, PhD, MA, is a Hungarian American anthropologist, with postdoctoral training in public health. Dr. Tomori’s recent book, Nighttime Breastfeeding: An American Cultural Dilemma (Berghahn Books, 2014; paperback 2016) investigates cultural controversies surrounding breastfeeding and infant sleep. She is currently a Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is also the mom of two wonderful kids who were breastfed.
