Jovan Crawford
Jovan Crawford possesses more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and is the Chief Executive Officer of Alpha 3, Inc. He grew up in Chicago, Illinois and at the early age of 11 started to work at his uncle’s construction company where he learned how to purchase and turn around residential and commercial properties.
In 2001, Jovan attended Northeastern Illinois University, majoring in Business General Administration. From there, he worked at Hunters Realty as a Real Estate Broker where he used his industry expertise and business acumen to assist buyers and investors. As a Real Estate Broker, Jovan sold over 3 million in as little as 24 months.
As a seasoned investor, he also owns several income properties and is an active partner on numerous real estate transitions that have totaled gross sales of over 4.5 million, achieved in just 36 months.
