Melissa Greenwell
Melissa Greenwell was named Finish Line’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2016. She previously served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer after being named in June 2013.
Melissa oversees the operational components of the company’s supply chain initiatives as well as leads its information and technology, human resource, legal, communications and corporate social responsibility functions.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and also holds a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR). She has also served on various community not-for-profit boards and is currently serving as a director of the Finish Line Youth Foundation, Mentoring Women’s Network and the 500 Festival.
