Dr. Thomas P. Howell
Dr. Thomas P. Howell is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY-10340) who has been practicing for over 34 years. He is one of the top forensic psychologists in Southern California and has completed over 1,050 Child Custody Evaluations (730) and over 100 Expert Witness Evaluations (733) in the County of Orange and surrounding counties. In light of his prolific and highly respected work in the area of child custody, he is also one of the few evaluators often chosen to provide input to the court in matters of International Child Custody disputes, and is appointed to oversee Special Mastering cases. Additionally, Dr. Howell accepts numerous other court referrals such as Family Reunification Therapy, Co-Parenting Counseling, and juvenile court cases (300 Dependency Cases and 602 Juvenile Cases).
In addition to court-related referrals, Dr. Howell has extensive experience in providing individual psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults in the general public.
