Gene, like many people, found his greatest success after he reached the age of 50. He found it in the field of Assisted Living. It’s not just about the money, which is tremendous. It’s about discovering your passion, doing something that is bigger than yourself. It’s about doing good AND doing well.
Today, Gene not only owns and operates his own assisted living homes, he teaches and trains others how to do it too. He's the founder of the Residential Assisted Living Academy. As the leading authority on the topic, he has been invited to speak all across the country and internationally as well.
Gene has been married for 31 years to the love of his life and he is the proud father of four amazing kids and is blessed with his first grandchild.
Gene lives by the motto that you can do and achieve anything you want in life but it is better to learn from other people’s mistakes then it is to learn from your own. It is the journey and not the destination that truly matters.
