Jim Gilmore
Jim Gilmore served as Governor of Virginia from 1998 – 2002, and as a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the United States in the 2008 and 2016 elections. Prior to his work as Governor, Gilmore served as Attorney General of Virginia and as a counterintelligence agent in the U.S. Army. Gilmore is the President and CEO of the Free Congress Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to "promoting free markets, and limited effective government." Gilmore is presently the President of USA Secure, a homeland security policy ‘think tank,’ as well as a popular commentator on the Fox News Network.
