Terri O'Fallon, Ph.D.
Terri O’Fallon’s Ph.D. has focused the last 13 years on “Learning and change in Human Systems” as an applied researcher. She has worked with hundreds of leaders studying the interventions that most effectively result in developing leaders who can effectively implement change. She has her PhD in Integral Studies California Institute of Integral Studies.
She is the co-founder of two organizations. She and Kim Barta have created Developmental Life Design, an organization that focuses on how the STAGES (developmental) model can support insights into our own growth as people, leaders, guides, coaches, and the kind of impact these insights can have on our influence in human collectives.
She also partners with Geoff Fitch in Pacific Integral that uses the STAGES model to develop experiments in collective insight and developmental growth. Terri has 13 years of experience with these experiments.
