Aisling Curtin, co-director of ACT Now Purposeful Living and co-creator of 5 Minute Breakouts. She is a leading international psychologist who has written pieces for The Irish Times, The Irish Examiner, Psychology Today, New Harbinger and Hachette. Aisling speaks regularly internationally, including at Harvard, on the topic of breaking out of the comfort zone and the benefits this can have in terms of purposeful leadership, life and business. Her acknowledgement as one of 13 international badass psychologists by New Harbinger is testament to her ability to make complex concepts easy and fun to learn, understand and integrate into business in a sustainable way.
