Paul Carney
I am Senior Special Investigator Paul Carney. I have worked for Fire Consulting & Case Review International as an IAAI Certified Fire Investigator since that company was formed in 2005. I began my career in fire investigations with the Overland Park Fire Department when I became a shift investigator in 1998. In 2003 I began working as a part time laborer with Certified Fire Investigations.
I retired from Overland Park Fire Department in 2011 and have been a full time private fire investigator since then. I have conducted approximately 1500 fire investigations and consultations. I have also testified in state and federal courts as an expert witness many times. I look forward to working many more years in this interesting and challenging occupation.
