Amy Berger, MS, CNS, NTP, is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Certified Nutrition Specialist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in helping people with low-carbohydrate, ketogenic, and Paleo-style diets. She focuses on nutritional support for issues related to insulin resistance, including obesity, type-2 diabetes, PCOS, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease and more.
