Julie Stefanski
Julie Stefanski, MEd, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CDE is the owner of Stefanski Nutrition Services (York, PA) as well as the registered dietitian for Leg Up Farm and Leg Up Farmer's Market. She helps others with food, nutrition and health, and she provides personal nutrition counseling and classes to adults and children. Julie holds board certifications as a sports dietitian and certified diabetes educator. The author of a textbook chapter o pediatric nutrition for "Nutrition and Diet Therapy for Nurses," she is an editor/writer for Nutrition Dimension, a division of OnCourse Learning, one of the largest providers of CEU courses for healthcare professionals and a blogging coordinator & PR/Social Media chair for PA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
