Lisa van Kesteren, founder and CEO of SeeLevelHX, has more than 25 years of experience in the Data Collection and Customer Experience industry. SeeLevelHX was founded in 2008 as a niche player in the mystery shopping space and operated primarily as an outsource option for research companies. Since then the company has experienced rapid growth, due to multiple acquisitions and also steady growth via organic sales. Although SeeLevel operates across virtually every vertical, the primary focus is on the QSR, Financial and Retail industries. Prior to founding SeeLevel, Lisa was Senior Vice President of the TNS North American Mystery Shopping Division. Throughout her tenure at TNS, Ms. van Kesteren had full P&L responsibility for the design, implementation, and execution of all mystery shopping programs in North America across all industries and sectors.
