Sandra Kipnes
Through the 1 Hour CFO, Sandra “Mitzi” Giani Kipnes combines her CPA, CMA (Certified Management Accountant), MBA and Master of Accountancy and Information Systems to provide small- and medium-sized businesses with accounting and strategy expertise. She enjoys training and coaching her clients how to use technology to make accounting easy and understandable. But absolutely loves team building while doing it! Sandra uses The Color Code personality assessment with her clients as one of the first things she does. She has found this to be an exceptional tool for quickly learning how to work well with her clients, teams and company cultures. She has 2-hour, ½ day and 2 day training seminars she teaches through the 1 Hour CFO. In addition, she has used this with friends and family. The Color Code has greatly improved her marriage and other family dynamics. She will be sharing some “quick” ways to assess people and understand their motives and reactions.
