Since 2008, Brett Randle has been at the helm of Soulmans’s Bar-B-Que, the beloved North Texas-based restaurant chain that boasts “low and slow” cooking over hickory as their time-honored tradition. Under Randle’s guidance, Soulman’s has experienced growth into franchising, innovation with e-commerce, operational excellence and has been recognized by ZAGAT, Men’s Journal, Fast Casual and QSR Magazine among many others. After studying business at the University of Mississippi, Randle began his career in restaurant management before studying the culinary arts at the Art Institute of Dallas. His multifaceted experience both in front of the house and in the kitchen, paired with the intuition of a fair and honest leader, has driven Soulman’s trajectory of success in the past decade.
