Scott has worked in the health and fitness field for over 20 years. He has an undergraduate degree in Microbiology, MS in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Exercise Immunology and he is a certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition. He's written a number of articles on the many aspects of sports nutrition, supplements, low carbohydrate diets and training throughout his career. He's been a strength coach for over 14 years training both professional and the recreational athletes. He most recently started his own company called SK Vitality.
