Kevin Carter
Kevin Carter grew up in Maine but got a B.A. in economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Wake Forest, both schools in North Carolina. He held various financial management positions before taking over a distressed aviation company, Timco Aviation Services, turning it around and eventually selling it to a Chinese company in 2014. He witnessed the challenges of weight and health as a child when, after the loss of his mother, his dad's weight exceeded 500 pounds. In 2016, he visited Hilton Head Health a wellness destination in South Carolina. He was so impressed with the staff, the facilities, the content of the education and the successful fitness training, and the location that he acquired the company and now has a passion for the mission of helping people not just with their weight but their overall health and wellness.
