Gary Schneider

Gary Schneider, became interested in barrel making as a teen, when Remington was developing processes for barrel making and contracted his neighbor to make the tools. His neighbor had many experimental tools that Gary enjoyed learning about and got to study some of the rejected barrels and that piqued his interest.
Mr. Schneider then went into Engineering and had a great career, and then continued to consult after leaving the firm he was with. He then became an airline transport pilot flying charter flights and others, and continues to train folks in single engine, multi-engine, and float planes.
Gary later met the McMillan family and pursued his long dream of making barrels that are now sought after by champions, with the P5 being the most renowned.
