Amber Thomas


Amber Thomas has been caring for mothers, babies, and families during the childbearing process since 2001. Amber graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a double minor in Women’s Studies and Spanish in 2009. She is a bilingual healthcare professional who is capable of communicating, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish. As of February 2014, she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing- Dallas. She is a Registered Nurse with the Texas Board of Nursing and is currently working at Las Colinas Medical Center as a Lactation Consultant & Childbirth Educator. In addition, she is a Birth Assistant at Inanna Birth and Women’s Care-Denton and volunteers at Woman-to-Woman, Pregnancy Resource Center in Denton as a Volunteer Advocate and is an active participant in March of Dimes.
