Jane Springer
Jane Springer is the Executive Director for MSLBA, Maryland State Licensed Beverage Association – a retail trade association of approximately 1,000 members, and MSLBA Educational Resources – a non-profit education corporation sponsored by the association. In 1984 Jane became a certified trainer for the TAM, Techniques of Alcohol Management server training program, and in 1989 with the sponsorship and support of MSLBA, she launched the program as the leading statewide alcohol awareness training program. Almost 30 years later, the program has certified over 70,000 participants. Jane continues to serve as a trainer and manages the operations of the training program for MSLBA Educational Resources, as well as the administrative functions for the MSLBA trade association, and their charitable organization – MSLBA Community Charity.
