Chuck Ferrar
Chuck Ferrar purchased his family owned business of Bay Ridge Wine and Spirits in Annapolis, Maryland in 1991. He is the former president of the Anne Arundel County License Beverage Association (AACLBA), the Maryland State License Beverage Association (MSLBA), the American Beverage Licensees (ABL), and the Wholesale Retailers Association of Maryland. He and his business have received the Brown Forman
Retailer of the Year award, the 2017 Beverage Dynamics Retailer of the Year, and the 2016 Anne Arundel County Small Business Award. Chuck is active in his community as a former County Councilman. He is a Director of the
Leadership Anne Arundel and Vice President of the Anne Arundel County Public Library Foundation.
