Felicia Slattery
Felicia J. Slattery lives her life with energy, passion, and enthusiasm because she realizes each moment is precious. During Christmas week of 2004, while just 34 weeks pregnant with her second daughter, she contracted a rare and horrifically painful pregnancy-related disease and according to doctors, came within 4 -8 hours of death. As she spent the days, weeks, and months recovering physically, mentally and emotionally from the trauma, she realized her life – and all our lives -- are a gift. After more than a year of healing and soul-searching, she decided to put her communication and public speaking talents to use to create a positive impact on the world.
Most notably, in April 2010 at Extreme Business Makeovers, she had the honor of sharing the stage with a living legend of motivational speaking, Mr. Zig Ziglar himself.
