Curtis Bartell
Mr. Bartell has 29 years’ experience, serving in leadership roles in government and the private sector. He is the current President of the Mid-Atlantic Disaster Recovery Association (MADRA), a non-profit networking association .
He is also the President of Covenant Park Integrated Initiatives, Inc., a small business in the Commonwealth of Virginia providing resilience consulting services integrating risk management and continuity planning in public and private sector organizations.
He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Security and Emergency Management. He has substantial, national level expertise related to emergency management and continuity policy development and implementation, nuclear/radiological incident management, counterterrorism, and interagency coordination. Bartell is a subject matter expert in the fields of risk management, resilience, continuity of operations, continuity of government, business continuity, emergency management, and security.
