Kyle O’Rourke
Kyle O'Rourke is a Consulting Manager with Baker Tilly’s State and Local Government Consulting Team. Kyle serves as a lead analyst and consultant on projects aimed optimizing the use of government resources – financial, human capital, and technology. His experience includes internal audit and risk assessments, organizational and operational studies, business process reviews, and technology needs assessments.
Kyle earned a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP). In addition to serving as the secretary of AGA of Greater Chicago, Kyle is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Government Advisory Committee. He is also an active volunteer with Minds Matter – Chicago.
