Inhel Rekik


Inhel Rekik is an engineer, and an advocate for women in engineering. She is the clinical engineering manager at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Inhel has worked as a clinical engineer at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the hospital of Sacre Coeur in Montreal, Canada.
Inhel pursued her education in Canada where she received her Bachelor’s degree on Computer engineering from Laval University and Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering from Polytechnic School of Montreal.
Inhel used her engineering degrees to enter the healthcare industry where she is passionate about making healthcare delivery safer and more effective.
Inhel specializes in Biomed/IT synergies such as biomedical device integration and medical device security.
She is an advocate of promoting women in STEMS careers and getting women into engineering careers. She is a proud mom of two little boys and encourages leaders to live a balanced life.
