Hector has spent 21 years in a variety of roles in quality including Quality inspector, Supervisor, Engineer and Manger. He also has expertise in Injection molding, Stamping and machining. He has worked in several industries including Automotive, Laundry and Medical devices. He has consistently excelled in execution but has struggled to work well within teams.
