Eric Grorud
Eric Grorud is a Principal within EY’s (Ernst & Young) National Advisory Practice.
Eric is the leader the Advisory Consultant Program (ACP) and a Principal in EY’s Digital, Data and Analytics Practice. As ACP’s leader, his purpose is to identify and launch the careers of EY’s newest leaders. This involves hiring and launching the careers of hundreds of recent graduates each year. As a consultant, he has almost 25 years of experience developing and implementing analytic strategies that leverage analytics to drive strategic decision making in a variety of industries. He has a history of leading teams with a focus on developing and mentoring consultants.
Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dickinson College with a BA in Mathematics and Economics. He also received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar. He has worked in consulting for his entire post college career for a variety of firms and joined EY about 5 years ago.
