Siri Uotila


Siri Uotila is an expert in translating academic research into practical interventions. Currently, she is a research scholar at the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government where she is focused on promoting gender equality within organizations and advancing women in society. Siri frequently collaborates with and provides strategic advisory services to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and local governments in order to close gender gaps. Her work has included researching culture and leadership at senior levels of organizations, designing a paid parental leave policy, and spearheading legislative advocacy to increase women’s representation on corporate boards. Siri has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard College.
