Ricky Flowers
Ricky Flowers is a Fire Chief for the Darlington County Fire District in South Carolina and accelerant detection K-9 handler. During his fifteen-year service he has held positions from junior firefighter to Deputy Fire Chief, and now serves as the Fire Chief of the department where he began his career. Chief Flowers has spent extensive time in the field of fire investigations and community risk reduction and still investigates fires on a regular basis while continuing his education and training in the field. Chief Flowers is in the process of pursuing a Master’s Degree in leadership and management to enhance the knowledge gained previously with his Bachelor’s in criminology.
