Dr. Peter Hawkins
Dr. Peter Hawkins is part-time Executive Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School where he is researching next-generation leadership and leadership development.
He is also Visiting Professor at the Universities of Bath and Oxford Brookes. He is founder and Chairman Emeritus of Bath Consultancy Group and Renewal Associates.
Over the last 30 years, Peter has worked with leading organisations in many parts of the world. He is a thought leader in leadership, culture change, and executive and team.
Peter is also a prolific writer and researcher. His book “Leadership Team Coaching” set the standard for how we look at and manage high performing teams. He has also authored other books such as “Creating a Coaching Culture”, “The Wise Fool’s Guide to Leadership”, “Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision and Development' which he co-authored with Nick Smith.
Peter has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Bath.
