Dr. Joshua Farber
Dr. Joshua E. Farber graduated from medical school at the University of New England in Maine. He has worked as the director of a substance abuse program at the Montrose, NY Veterans Affairs Hospital and unit chief of substance detoxification at Silver Hill Hospital in CT. He is board certified in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry and is currently a faculty member of the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Farber is currently a psychiatrist for the Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System working in several roles. He see patients mostly in VA primary care community clinics as well as a small Suboxone Maintenance clinic in the hospital setting. He also provides services via telepsychiatry for patients who otherwise wouldn’t have access to psychiatric care.
