Samantha L. Downie
Samantha Downie is the Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development at MBAF. With more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and professional development, Samantha is responsible for developing and maintaining all HR functions at MBAF and affiliates.
Her responsibilities include professional development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. In addition, she oversees recruitment and employee retention efforts in order to attract and retain high caliber talent across all offices. Samantha will spearhead the firm’s culture of learning and development by overseeing all facets of MBAF University, a complete in-house learning and development program that focuses on 5 core areas: technical, systems & applications, management & leadership, professional growth, and life & culture.
