Sarita has dedicated the last thirty years towards human development by training hundreds of integral coaches, as well as coaching individuals and executives to bring about effective and enduring transformation. As a senior faculty member at New Ventures West school of integral coaching, she has designed and led graduate Master Classes, such as Thwarting the Inner Critic, The Poetics of Coaching, and Towards Mastery: Presence, Freedom and Belonging, and led numerous year-long coaching certification programs across the globe. As an Executive and Personal coach, she leverages her more than 20 years as a leader and manager within a Fortune 500 company and her coaching expertise to affect enduring change among leaders and their organizations.
