Dr. Joe McBride
Dr. McBride is a Professor Emeritus, UC Berkeley who specializes in forest ecology and urban forestry. His current projects include: Composition, Structure, and Function of the World’s Urban Forests; Reconstruction of Urban Forests after WWII Firebombing; Global climate change and urban forest composition; and Urban Forest Master Plan for San Francisco. He holds a PhD in Botany from UC Berkeley.
