Kris Wrede
Kris Wrede received certification in aromatherapy and teacher training from the Michael Scholes School of Aromatic Studies (1996), advanced training in the chemistry of essential oils and aromatherapy from Purdue University's International Training Program in Essential Oils (1997), advanced aromatherapy certification through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy with Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt (1998), and advanced training from Master Perfumer Kathryn Degraff (1999). She has studied and researched aromatics extensively in Europe as well as in the United States. Kris has developed numerous aromatic product lines and custom fragrances for esteemed clients including W Magazine, Jones New York, Mirage Hotel Las Vegas, Treasure Island Hotel Las Vegas, Epicuren Discovery, La Posada Resort and Spa, Inn and Spa at Loretto Santa Fe, Rosewood Resorts and Urban Oasis Chicago. She writes articles for international aromatherapy publications and is a lecturer for Aromatic and Perfumery events nationwide.
