Paul Gustavson
Paul Gustavson is a cofounder of SimVentions, and a founding partner and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. SimVentions, is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and has been recognized as one of Virginia’s Best Places to Work, and recently named by Inc. Magazine as one of “The 50 Best Places to Work in 2016”. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Paul leads in identifying and contributing to the company’s capability and influencing the strategic vision. He is the author of the book Leaders Press On, and is an active member and contributor within both the simulation and virtual reality communities. Paul and his wife live in Virginia.
