Jen Harty, is an instructional designer and owner of Clear Course Creation. Jen creates transformational webinars, presentations and online courses for coaches, consultants, and trainers who have great content but don't have the time or expertise to create or update their own online programs.
Being voted Most Shy in the 9th grade and doing her best to blend in did not set Jen up for visibility in her personal life, much less her professional life. Throughout her careers in different areas of the medical industry, Jen found that she was attracted to roles that required her to be in front of her peers and leading discussions. Jen has found a rhythm to the process of being visible. This formula allows her to listen to her own needs, as well as the needs of her audience. Being in tune with what she and her audience are feeling allows her to create greater connection because everyone feels understood and significant.
