Dr. Frank McAndrew is the Cornelia H. Dudley Professor of Psychology at Knox College and an elected Fellow of several professional organizations, including the Association for Psychological Science (APS). He is an evolutionary social psychologist whose research is guided by the simple desire to make sense of everyday life. His research has appeared in dozens of scientific journals, and he has written for a wide range of news outlets including Time Magazine, The Washington Post, The New Republic, and the Guardian. His research has also been featured in media outlets such as The New Yorker, NPR, the BBC, CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and NBC's TODAY Show His research has been shared on Twitter by journalist Arianna Huffington and lampooned by comedians Jay Leno & Conan O'Brien. A frequent guest on TV & radio news/talk programs, Dr. McAndrew has lectured throughout the United States and in countries ranging alphabetically from Denmark to Tanzania.
