Mentorship is Rachael Melot’s passion and entrepreneurship experience is her platform. She has owned construction companies, retail businesses, consulting companies and a beauty salon. She is an NCAA Division I women's basketball referee and she spent 6 years commuting from Oklahoma to New York City working in the high tech, fast-moving world of digital media and advertising. She became a trusted business to business advertising advisor to brands like Chrysler, ad agencies like Carat and GroupM, and b2b trade publications like Penton Business Media. Rachael served as one of 12 women selected by the Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Fellowship program in 2014-15, to mentor a professional woman from Tunisia for one year. Rachael is the author of The Ten Commandments of Success Without Apology.
