In May 2009, Eleanor founded REAL HR, to assist small to medium businesses with realizing their business goals through the development of sound human resource processes, procedures and policies.
REAL HR provides specific project-based work, facilitation, and on-going advisory support relating to all aspects of human resources management including: staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation, employee development, organizational development, government compliance, performance management, human resources strategy, leadership development and board governance. Combining over 25 years’ Human Resources experience with her sense of humour and pragmatic approach, Eleanor provides clients with practical HR solutions to their business challenges.
With a degree in Psychology, a master’s in Leadership and a life-long career HR Professional, Eleanor has a pragmatic approach; one in which the HR Practitioner is a partner in the business to provide real solutions to operational issues.
