Parimala Narasimha is the Director for Advanced Analytics at Cox Communications. She leads a team that provides analytical insights to Marketing & Sales via predictive modeling and statistical analysis. Her team analyzes data to explain customer behavior and recommends next best actions to increase customer growth and retention. She has over 15 years of experience in industry, starting as an analyst building simulation models for airport design. Prior to joining Cox, she has worked at Sabre, Delta Air Lines, and Sun Trust Banks.
