David Wilk
David Wilk is the Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services for Colliers International in Washington, DC, and formerly National Co-Chair of Corporate RE Services for SVN and National Managing Director of the Corporate RE Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps. David is a management consultant who creates value through asset optimization strategies that generate new earnings, cost savings and economic development impact. David is currently an Assistant Professor and Real Estate Program Coordinator at the Temple University Fox School of Business and an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business from 1989 to 2012. David has over 35 years of real estate experience completing projects in 49 states in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Asia, and the South Pacific. He is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
