I am convinced that my success in Coaching, Speaking and Teaching is the cumulative effect and direct result of both the countless years and thousands of hours of intense studying, schooling and implementing of the acquired knowledge, but also in large part to the unique life experiences both good and bad that left an unmistakable mark on my philosophies of life. Balancing the vocational highs of being a Pastor for 17 years, a retreat and cam speaker and mentor of young college hopefuls with the personal hardships of losing two daughters, medically induced financial debt, served to be a great teacher as well as a source to motivate others. This has been foundational to my coaching philosophy that coaching is more than simply motivational, it needs to be inspirational.
