Jenn Lim is the innovative CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness, the leading consulting company focused on creating a higher purpose for employees. Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos) and Jenn collaborated on the best-selling book Delivering Happiness, in 2010. Jenn has appreciated the company to a successful multi-millionaire dollar business that has serviced organizations, including Google, McDonalds and PNC Bank. Through her work with DH and talks via TED, and YouTube she’s now inspired more than a million people with DH principles. Jenn believes you should be true to your weird self, because nothing matters if its not coming from a place of authenticity. Moving forward, Jenn is launching her new podcast, Delivering Happiness in Business, where she hosts industry experts to provide listeners with tools to create a happier, more productive workplace. Jenn’s podcast coincides with her mission to teach others how to achieve happiness, which makes them more successful.
