Dr. Laura Wood, DNP, MS, RN, NEA-BC
Dr. Laura Wood, DNP, MS, RN, NEA-BC is Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer, Boston Children’s Hospital where she has accountability for the discipline of nursing and patient care operations spanning over 5,000 RN's and clinical team members. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Johns Hopkins University and is an alumna of the RWJF Executive Nurse Fellowship Program. Dr. Wood currently serves on numerous boards including: Beryl Institute, Boston Chlildren's Hospital, Harvard Medical School's Center for Bioethics, The Joint Commission, Press Ganey, and The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
