Ralph L. Kliem
Ralph L. Kliem, PMP, CBCP, President of LeanPM, LLC, (www.theleanpm.com) has over 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 firms. As a Sr. project manager for a major aerospace firm, he managed many software development, quality improvement, financial compliance, and BCM projects. He also managed a major proof of concept project and business case development for a web-based business analytics software application that won the CIO Award for Risk Management; CSO Award for Innovation and Risk Management.
As a former auditor, he led numerous projects that evaluated the performance of major business and information technology projects and programs. Ralph also teaches PMP certification, fundamental project management, and business continuity seminars and workshops and has been an adjunct faculty member or instructor for major colleges and universities in the Puget Sound.
He is also the author of over 15 books and over 300 articles and interviewed for numerous publications and radio.
